Delicate dessert with red currants or any red berry

Try this original dessert. Air cloud of marshmallow cream and delicately shaded with red currant flavor. Divine!
Required Products: 1/4 cup red currant jam 1 cup heavy cream 25 pcs marshmallow (normal size, not mini) 2 tablespoons liqueur (take any liquor that love) 6 small bunches of red currant for decoration Preparation: Heat the red currant jam in the microwave or on an electric stove to a liquid consistency.
