Pasta bird nests with minced meat and cheese
Dear hostesses, I want to offer you a rather simple dish that can be prepared for the whole family. ⠀
All Ingredients:
pasta packing;
seasoning as desired;
onions - one thing; seasonings, spices, if desired;
about 350 grams of minced meat;
a small can of sour cream;
cheese about 120 grams.
How to cook:
1. Add onion, spices and salt to the minced meat, mix.
2. In another container, prepare the sauce for the dish. We spread sour cream, add a little hot water and bring the mixture to homogeneity. Pour a little salt and you can squeeze garlic here if you like a more piquant taste.
3. We put the required number of nests in a pan with water and wait until it boils. Hold the pasta for a couple of minutes and transfer them to the selected baking dish. It must be lubricated ahead of time with oil so that the nests do not stick.
4. Fill the pasta with minced meat, fill the entire contents with the prepared sauce of sour cream, sprinkle abundantly with chopped cheese on top.
5. It remains only to bring everything to readiness in the oven for 30 minutes, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.
⠀ ⠀
Enjoy your meal!
HomeHoliday wishes you happiness!
